Three packages. Foundation is $297 a month — the website with hosting and maintenance, missed-call text-back and the Google review system. Presence is $750 — the same, plus your social handled. Demand is $1,000 — the same, plus your paid ads built and managed.
No cut of your jobs, no charge per lead, no separate hosting invoice.
Foundation, nearly always. Until missed calls are caught and reviews are coming in, paying for ads or social is buying more traffic for a bucket with a hole in it.
Move up when the foundation is running and you want more people arriving.
Reply to texts, which you already do, and send me photos of your work and the list of services and areas you cover. That is the part only you can do.
You are not learning software. The whole point is that it runs while you are on a job.
No. It works with the number you already give out and already have on your van, your cards and your Google profile.
Text-back and the review system go on quickly, because they run off your existing number and your existing Google profile. The website takes longer — it needs your real photos, services and service area, and the slow part is usually getting those from you.
Ask me on the call and I will give you a date rather than a guess.
Then we look at whether it is worth keeping. Sometimes it is and it just needs work. Sometimes it was built by someone who has stopped answering and nobody can edit it.
I will tell you which one yours is, even when the answer is that it is fine and you should spend the money elsewhere.
One request after the job, and one follow-up if they do not respond. Then it stops. Nobody gets nagged.
No incentives and no filtering — that is against Google's rules and it puts your profile at risk, which is the opposite of the point.
Yes. I am in Yonkers and most of the businesses I work with are around Westchester, but the work itself is done remotely. If you are further out, call and ask.
Me. Henry Perez. There is no account manager and no ticket queue — the person you call is the person doing the work.
